Many thanks to the people of Skipton and the surrounding areas for a wonderful delivery of supplies at the ‘Ukraine Unit’ donation centre in Chorley.

Everything was dropped off by a couple of vehicles and it was then good to have a chat with John, ably assisted by Mabel! See if you can spot her in the photo. Everyone is keen to do their bit in support of Ukraine. There might be 60 miles between us but this is great teamwork between communities. Well done everyone.

Supplies are being brought in to Chorley from all across the North West of England and further afield – Cumbria, Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Anglesey & North Wales!
